What happens if the paying parent cancels?
The family stays covered until the end of the paid period. After that, the calendar is paused for both of you: you can still see, search and export everything and answer open requests, but you can’t add or change plans. Nothing is deleted. Either parent can subscribe to pick up where you left off.
Does the other parent need to pay?
No. One subscription covers everyone on your family calendar: both parents and any helpers. Either parent can be the one who subscribes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a month free before your subscription starts.
How do I cancel?
Cancel wherever you subscribed. On the web, use Manage on the Subscription screen in the web app, or the link in your receipt email. On a phone, cancel in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, so cancel that first.
Why is the price shown in pounds and dollars?
Two Front Doors is for families in the UK and the US. The price is £4.99 or $4.99 a month, or £39.99 or $39.99 a year. Use the currency buttons above the plans to switch. UK prices include VAT. US prices don’t include sales tax, which is added when you pay. In the phone apps, your app store shows the exact price before you subscribe. On the web, the checkout shows the price and currency before you pay.
